I really enjoyed this book。 I had a good time and I am excited for the adaption that’s coming out soon。 I have not read any other military（ish） thrillers before but this was a great one to start with。 It had the right amount of action and slow moments。 One thing to note is some of the book didn’t age well。 The descriptions of the characters， and the lack of female power （the one female character acted like a typical female character from the 2000s）。I heard these things are fixed in the movie esp I really enjoyed this book。 I had a good time and I am excited for the adaption that’s coming out soon。 I have not read any other military（ish） thrillers before but this was a great one to start with。 It had the right amount of action and slow moments。 One thing to note is some of the book didn’t age well。 The descriptions of the characters， and the lack of female power （the one female character acted like a typical female character from the 2000s）。I heard these things are fixed in the movie especially with the casting and new character played by Ana de Armas。 That I am so excited to see。 Overall it was a good time。 I read it in about two days if you don’t count the one day over a month ago that I read the first 68 pages （I put it down due to time issues not because of the story） I will be continuing on with the series。 。。。more

Absolutely loved this。 I seem to have a thing for these one-man wrecking crews that manage to do amazing and unbelievable things in order to right wrongs or bring justice。 And this guy has amazing luck to go along with his bullet and knife wounds。 I am not going to tell you what it’s about…。if you have read it， you know！ And if you haven’t and you like pure adrenaline， action filled novels， what are you waiting for？？？
